"We must build dikes of courage to hold back the flood of fear."
Martin Luther King Jr.
Clear Vision is the first step in achieving and bringing your invisible goals into the visible.
Now that you know the first step and you have a wonderful idea about what it is that you want to achieve for the year, how the heck do you go from invisibility to visibility?
A vision without a plan, well it's an illusion.
Let me explain.
You want a vacation or to increase your income, you keep saying you want to exercise and lose weight or that you want more meaningful interactions or relationships, perhaps you have this wonderful idea you keep talking about or thinking about yet it remains an idea since well, who knows because there is no plan of action.
Look, ideas are awesome, it's a start but in order to achieve and make your ideas visible you need a plan and courage my dear, courage to execute and learn and then do it all over again, courage to believe in your ability, courage to know and understand that no matter what, your plan will be to always go forward with your main purpose and goals.
This week I want you to write down 3 Ways you are going to utilize to manage your time and take charge of your life, I want you to write 3 Ways you are going to approach your goals differently.
Contact someone in your niche or surround yourself with those with similar goals.
Plan to exercise at least 3-4 days a week.
Hire someone to teach you the skills necessary to achieve.
Attend groups or services that encourage your mission and purpose.
Start saving for that vacation and make a commitment to deposit an amount every week.
Write every day for a certain amount of time.
Personally my goal for this year was to publish a Blog post every week come rain or shine, get an editor for my work, update my website and begin to create videos to add and create content for my readers, plan more time with friends and loved ones, rest and exercise, unplug and live life outside of my work.
"As long as the mind is enslaved, the body can never be free, psychological freedom and a sense of self-esteem is the most powerful weapon."
Martin Luther King Jr.
So far, I can say I am on the path of achieving those goals I set for myself.
You don't have to be perfect but you do have to get started, what is not visible is not possible so make your visibility speak for itself.
"Take the first step in faith, you don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step."
Martin Luther King Jr.
