"Insanity, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

Albert Einstein

You have this amazing vision and goals for yourself, you are working in productive blocks of time with rest and spending time with those you love most, saying no to anything that does not serve your higher purpose, going past the NO that defines your ability to succeed and flexible about how you approach your business and life.

You have a MOJO of momentum and then BOOM! something changes or you find yourself having to adjust your business or life in order to accommodate the tides. What is a girl to do? Do you see it as an opportunity to learn and adjust or complain and recent?

Well, change is one of those things that will be an asset to your business and life if you choose to see it that way.

I'm not talking about going on every episode of wife swap every time change is eminent, there are certain things that should be nonnegotiable in your life. If you are single well that is a different story, but if you are looking to be in a relationship well I can't say I would highly recommend it.

As a single person, it is good to experiment to find your niche and know where you fit, where you can grow and develop, what supports your personal vision and goals, what vibes with who and what you are about.

This is where flexibility and change are an important implement that will compliment your business and life.

What does change create when utilized to construct and create progress?

Well, it creates movements like the women's march, it can create awareness like the Black Lives Matter activists, HeForShe campaigns, it can create unity and education with sites such as Voto Latino.

It can also create the Jack Canfield's that make the transition from school teacher to business owner in order to create a difference and positive impact, the Richard Branson, Tony Robbins, Oprah, Ava DuVernay, Spielberg, Jordan, Marie Forleo, Allison Maslan, Darron Hardy, Jim Rohn, Brendon Burchard, J.K. Rowling, Steve Jobs, Stephen King. I could go on and on, there are countless artists, scientists, leaders, and people who simply chose to rise above what was "dealt" loose their fear of change and instead became flexible about their approach.

The variety is quite evident on this list, the point, we each have a Purpose, something unique that makes us who we are.

Once you find what floats your boat, business partnerships are similar to relationships, you should surround yourself with those doing the things you wish to achieve and with those at the level that you wish to succeed.

The core of who you are or what your business stands for is a nonnegotiable, how you present and market your business or your life should be.

Relationships personal and business become stagnant and boring when we don't choose to change, become spontaneous, risk actually having fun and enjoying what we do.

Next time change rains on your MOJO, lament if you must, then get up, say FUDGE NO and Celebrate.

Brands retain engagement through variation and flexibility without diverting from the core of their values. Welcome the change, it is your friend, unleash your creativity, be bold, creative on your terms. Change is an opportunity to learn and grow and the best part, it does not have to be perfect, but it has to be effective.
