"I'm a multidimensional person and that's the freedom of fashion: that you're able to reinvent yourself through how you dress and how you cut your hair or whatever."
Emma Watson
Flexibility is the ability to understand trends, needs, and consumer interests vary. Flexing your business and life makes sense in order to keep that spark going and be able to swim through the currents and transitions in your personal and professional life.
Change is inevitable.
When change happens, as Shitaky is bound to happen, you will notice two categories of people, the doers and problem solvers or the stagnant complainers.
Their approach to change and transition is actually quite varied.
In one hand you have the person that is too busy complaining about the things that did not work, the rejections or missed opportunity, these individuals can be highly critical and at times, may develop the habits of having a problem for every solution.
On the other side of that coin, the person on their way to success and a flexible mindset is already learning from what did not work, road mapping a plan of action, knocking on the next door, creating a blue print and a vision board of what they want to create.
They are too busy creating opportunities for the lessons learned and saying YES to anything that grows, develops, and allows progress to be a given.
Your approach to business and life should be flexible, did you make a mistake? learn, did you miss an opportunity? learn, did you get a rejection? knock on the next door, where you less prepared? seek a resource or someone that can teach you and come back more prepared, feeling like your family is not getting attention? make the time to spend time.
Adapting a flexible mindset only makes sense because the more you learn to bounce back & focus on what is important, the more energy you spend focused on the things that truly matter in your life.

"Insanity, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."
Albert Einstein
When we look at brands, one trend that is consistent is that their product or the core of who they are and what they represent remains the same, while the marketing transgresses through the times in order to fit the people they serve.
Nike is a sports brand, but if we look at their advertisement history, their approach for appeal to the people they serve changes to fit in with the current events. In a similar fashion in order to keep your vibrancy and currency in a relationship, in business, in your personal life, the core of who you are and what you represent should remain, but your approach should vary.
Yoga is one of those things that requires practice, commitment to what you set yourself out to do as a personal goal, the more you practice the more proficient you become.

"Look for three things in a person, intelligence, energy, and integrity. If they don't have the last one, do not even bother with the first one."
Warren Buffet
It is good to be flexible, understanding that the vision and core of what you represent remain the same, however as you learn and grow your approach may and should vary.
Can you think of ways to improve or transform your business or personal life by simply embracing change or creating a different approach?
Are you going to be on the side of the doers or complainers?
It really is up to you, because you will never have a choice on what events take place, but you will always have a choice on what happens after Shitaky.
How about you take it a step further & be the bold move in the ecuation?
It begins with you and I believe you can, your future awaits.
